Only our government in its infinite wisdom would try to sell to the American people that 1+1=3. Have you checked out where our stimulus money is going? You really should! Watch our tax money at work! Only under this plan can a company take 330 million dollars and only create 41 jobs! and out of those 41 jobs 5 people will be compensated almost 3 million dollars! Wow amazing huh? Its all right there on www.recovery.gov check it out please!
Now on to the fuzzy math. Did you know that according to our government if three people who work for a company the took stimulus money on the same project, doing the same job for 40 hours a week for thirteen weeks that company just created 2.5 jobs! Wait a minute did we just cut someone in half? Sawed the poor guy or girl right in half! No according to the government if three employees of a recipient worked on a Recovery-funded project for a total of 1,300 hours in a given quarter, and the recipient defines a full-time schedule as 520 hours per quarter (40 hours per week, for 13 weeks), the recipient would report that the “full-time equivalent” (FTE) of 2.5 jobs (1,300/520 = 2.5). Cool huh! not really. What if the same company using the same formula defined a full time schedule as 390 hours per quarter? Oh my that company on created just created 3.3 jobs wow they are doing a great job! Or maybe they have to work 6 days a week? so if we use the government model 624 hours per quarter, that would create oh no only 2 jobs oops not good! See what I mean fuzzy math! and THAT'S THE FINAL WORD!
