Way to go President Bush and Obama! This stimulus bull crap spending bill has sunk to a new low. 71,000 dollars a year to observe the effects of long term cocaine use on monkies? Let me guess they are drepressed and hyperactive at the same time? How about using that money to reduce the debt and leave the stupid monkies alone. We know the long term effects of cocaine, it ruins lives! There President Obama!
