Attention Mr President we have a major crisis in the United States and it looks like our government by for and of the people is doing little if anything to stop it!
Did you know that homicide is the leading cause of death for non-Hispanic black male teenagers in America? I didn't, I had heard rumors about it, never gave it a second thought. Surely if it was a real problem the government would step in and fix it right? Doesn't look like it! According this CDC report, looks like its getting worse and you guys and girls on the hill have dropped the ball.
Two out five does that register with you? If you put five young black men who are under the age of twenty in a room togther two of them are going to be murdered, no longer with us and to me sir that is totally unacceptable.
We have new endangered species in America and its the non-hispanic black male teenager.
