Wow does this article ever state the obvious! Strict gun control laws do not decrease violent crimes, so how is a ban on how many bullets you can carry gonna stop those who do not play by the rules? Get a grip America make our politicians enforce the laws we have and support reforming our laws where it is OK to say someone is crazy and doesn't need to own a gun or be around them without being sued.
