Way to go Tennesse we just spent $62 million taxpayer dollars on this huge solar farm in west Tennessee. One question? Who is going to pay for the upkeep on this place? You? Me? I don't think so! How long before this thing starts making some money? And who gets the money? Inquiring minds want to know.
