The Nashville Metro Clerk has no record of a state-required filing for a proposed $735,000 grant to the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) in Mayor Freddie O’Connell’s budget, according to The Tennessee Star. The missing documentation has prompted scrutiny over the allocation, which is currently being reviewed by state officials.
